Recently a grand wedding with much fanfare took place in the Balaji show Pavitra Rishta. Archana (Ankita) and Manav (Sushant) tied the knot in-front of many people, but to the absolute horror of the duo, the shaadi turned out to be real. As per the eye witness from the sets, “The mantras that the pundit was chanting, was for real. For that matter, the mangalsutra and the pheres were authentic! After knowing this, the duo (Ankita and Sushant) were shocked and horrified. They went to the Balaji production team and asked them to undo the marriage. Well now, whose version is more close to truth is not clear, as all three have their own say on the matter. But it would be quite interesting to see if Archana and Manav are termed married in real with their reel shaadi.

According to reports, Akshay, who is known to be very particular about the money he takes home, has gone ahead and done something really unexpected by slashing down his price. What’s all the more surprising is the fact that Akshay took the step after the overwhelming response to his latest film ‘Kambakkht Ishq’, which generated more than Rs 100 crore at the Box Office. It is believed that the major reason for this price reduction is that the actor now wants a part of the profits of every film he undertakes. With the new mechanism in place, Akshay, these days, is insisting on knowing the cost of the film at the time of signing it so that he can calculate the profit beforehand. Now that’s called some business acumen!

On the shoot of Kaminey, Priyanka had to ride the scooter and Shahid was to sit behind her. The shot was simple enough; they just had to ride till about 15 meters. However, it got complicated when Priyanka could not manage the balance of the two-wheeler. They did a couple of takes but the scooter seemed to not be in her grip, and as a result both she and Shahid went down with a thud on the mucky road. Neither of them was hurt, as the speed of the scooter was slow. However, the wet mud and dirt on the road didn’t go so easily and shooting had to be stopped for nearly an hour, while both the stars wiped themselves clean. Amazingly enough, the next take of the shot was Ok. Shahid still teases Priyanka about his fall, as this is the only time in his life that he had ever fallen off a scooter.
