According to actress Celina Jaitely, youth has the power to change the world. By voting the right people they can change the condition of India. Its quite obvious for them not to vote. But its their birth right to vote and youth should take full advantage of this. Yes Celina I think we are more responsible as compared to other elder citizens of India.
